My Diary Vault is a zero-knowledge digital legacy vault. You store information, documents, and messages in an encrypted vault. Content is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers; we cannot read your vault contents. If the release conditions you configured are met (extended inactivity verified by our process, or a verified claim by your trustees), your chosen trustees may open the vault together in a supervised online ceremony.
You are responsible for your password, your printed Recovery Sheet, and the accuracy of what you store. Choose trustees carefully; you may replace them and re-split your keys at any time while you can log in. Keep your check-in responses current — the release process depends on them.
Creating an account, building your vault, inviting trustees, and exporting your data are free. The Protection Plan is a paid yearly subscription that activates our guard service: check-in monitoring, the owner-search process, secure holding of the server key share, and the trustee opening ceremony. Prices shown at checkout (launch pricing: ₱1,499/year in the Philippines, US$29/year elsewhere) are charged through our payment providers (Xendit for the Philippines; Paddle for the rest of the world). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel anytime, and protection continues until the end of the paid period.
If a plan lapses, a 90-day grace period applies during which protection continues and a verified release will still be honored. After grace, vault contents are retained for 12 months for the owner to reactivate or export, after which they may be permanently deleted.
My Diary Vault stores your will and instructions; it does not create a legally valid will for you and is not legal, tax, or financial advice. The legal validity of a will depends on the laws of your country — consult a lawyer or notary for formal execution.
Do not use the service for unlawful content or to harm others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, with notice where reasonably possible.
The service is provided with care and industry-standard cryptography, but no system can guarantee absolute security or availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
