If My Diary Vault is not for you, request a full refund of your first Protection Plan payment within 14 days of paying — no questions asked, no forms beyond one email.
Automatic renewals are refundable in full if requested within 7 days of the renewal charge, provided no release ceremony has been completed during that period.
Once a vault release ceremony has been completed, the service has been fully rendered and payments for that period are no longer refundable.
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Refund — My Diary Vault". Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider (Xendit or Paddle) to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or wallet.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; protection stays active until the end of the paid period plus the 90-day grace period described in our Terms. Cancelling is not the same as a refund — if you are within a refund window above, just ask.
